Delivery Policies
It takes between 3-4 weeks for us to deliver your ordered merchandize from the time
you place the order on our site. The reason it takes this much time is that due
to the nature of our business we place an order with the brand only after the sale
is closed and after that it takes between 2 to 3 weeks for the suppliers merchandize
to reach our warehouse. Post this we do a quality check on the merchandize and then
ship as per your order and destination. 99labels ensures that the fastest and most
efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly
as possible from our warehouse. The goods will be delivered within 3 working days
from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and within 5 working days
for all deliveries outside India. On dispatch we will send you a mail giving you
the details of the courier service used.
Delivery area
99labels.com delivers to 700 locations within the geographical boundary of India.
We also deliver to international locations limited to a few countries at this time.
Delivery methods
99labels.com dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order
or the type of products sold on 99labels.com, to offer you fast and reliable delivery.
You can track your delivery via the My Account / My delivery page.
Charges
For deliveries within India charges will be a flat rate of Rs. 75 irrespective of
your parcel's location, weight, volume, fragility and the value of your order. For
deliveries outside India, charges will be a flat rate of Rs. 1500 irrespective of
your parcel's location, weight, volume, fragility and the value of your order. The
charges include fulfillment costs of your order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery option is available only in India and for amounts less than Rs
10,000 If the chosen mode of payment is cash on delivery, there is another charge
of Rs. 50 as convenience charges. You can view the delivery charges at the time
of payment. These are over and above the selling price of the product. You can also
view the delivery charges in the invoice or My order section.
Delivery times
The goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for
all deliveries within India and within 5-7 working days for all deliveries outside
India. Estimated delivery times are available from the moment you place your order.
In the My Account / My delivery section, you can view the dispatch date of your
parcel (available once your parcel has left our warehouses) Once your parcel has
been dispatched by our Logistics team, an email will automatically be sent to you.
Delivery problems
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise before
your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you seamless service quality, 99labels.com
promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information
is sent to you automatically. You can then follow your parcel's progress on our
website by going to the My Account / My orders / Delivery tracking section. If you
are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you
contact us so we can follow up on your order at
support@99labels.com or call us at our customer care numbers or by logging
to our courier partner's website.
What Happens if I am not Available to Receive my Parcel?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card
will be left for your information. A second attempt will automatically be made after
48 hour, along with a card. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to
your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning
your parcel to 99labels.com. Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must
wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We wilredispatch it to you as per your instructions.
What if the courier is unable to leave a card?
If your post-box is inaccessible and our courier was not able to leave a card, we
recommend you contact us directly so that we can take matters further and locate
your parcel.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
If when you receive your parcel, you notice that it is damaged you should refuse
to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are
dispatched from our warehouse, complete with security tape that should be visible
and intact. Send us an e-mail at
support@99labels.com stating that you have refused to accept the damaged
parcel within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please send us the parcel. It should
reach us within 7 days. Incase we don't have stock at that point in time we will
issue a credit note for the amount paid.
What should I do if a damaged parcel has been left for me?
If your parcel was left for you in your post-box, or if your neighbour has accepted
it on your behalf, and it is damaged, the parcel is considered 'Accepted'. If on
opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform
us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by sending an e-mail at support@99labels.com For further information
on returns kindly visit our return policy.
I Have Only Received Part of my Order
Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different
dates. If you have only received a part of your order, we recommend you visit the
delivery tracking page in the My Account / My orders section. If shipment is still
ongoing, your missing items will almost certainly be delivered shortly. If the shipment
dates have lapsed and you have not received your entire order, please contact us
by sending a mail to customer care at

Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case
you are unhappy with the merchandise we offer a flexible and easy return policy.
Para 1:You are liable to get a full refund of money in case:
- We have shipped a wrong product.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide
you with a replacement.
All you need to do is to inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing
into us at support@99labels.com
and sending us the image of the concern product, also, couriering us the parcel
which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us. The courier charges will
be credited as redeemable credit points against your 99labels account.
Apparel/ Footwear
You can return if you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason. All you
need to do is to inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing into
us at support@99labels.com
and sending us the image of the concern product, also, couriering us the parcel
which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us. The courier charges will
be credited as redeemable credit points against your 99labels account.
a) You are liable to get a full refund of money in case:

b)You are liable for full purchase credit in all other cases:
- When you are not happy with the product for any reason,and we are not able to provide
you with a replacement.
These credits would be added in your account subject to couriering us back the merchandise
within the stipulated time. These credits carry an expiry date, which would reflect
in your account.
The goods need to be couriered back to 99labels address mentioned on the invoice.
Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original
purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers,
documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received
with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including
the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any
manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi- item pack may not be returned
individually. We will send a replacement in case stocks are available or else issue
online credits which can be redeemed against future purchases. There will be no
cash refunds. The products will be picked up from the address it was delivered to.
No returns/exchange for the following category (except for the Situation mentioned
in Para 1**)

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION BY 99LABELS
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must
cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order
for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include
limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product
or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance
department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled
or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is
cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed
back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision
made by 99Labels and accept 99Label's decision regarding the cancellation

CANCELLATION BY YOU
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase :
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your "My Account"
section and cancelling a COD/ pending order or writing to us at support@99labels.com
for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you
will get a confirmation email and the bonus used if any will be reverted to your
account automatically.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 99Labels and accept 99Label's
decision regarding the cancellation
Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:
We need you to understand that it is on the basis of your written/ verbal consent
that we place the order with the brand, thus a cancellation of the order by you
after 24 hours/ sale closure is a double loss of revenue for us.
In such a case we need a written email from you stating the order number and the
reason for cancellation.
After receiving that email 99labels will take a decision.
Please note:
If approved, in cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order or after sale
closure, the bonus used if any is not reverted and in case of Prepaid order, the
money is reflected back in your account in form of purchase credits.99labels reserves
the right to make exceptions in some cases.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 99Labels and accept 99Label's
decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation in COD Cases:
We appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the
COD order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and
the effort.
Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD
facility without any intimation.

Cancellations Under Express Sale:
Request for order cancellations under Express Sale will not be accepted as we start
the process for dispatch as soon as order is received by us. The customer agrees
not to dispute the decision made by 99Labels and accept 99Label's decision regarding
the cancellation.
